BILLIE'S IN
TROUBLE
 Despite
her pleading and heartfelt life history, SMax has taken a nano-second to
proceed with J.L.King's plan. Billieboob is going to become a junkie
again, and it's going to start now. Billieboob's yelps become silent as
her eyes become glazed and she stares into the distance. There you go
Billieboob, SMax smiles disposing of the needle. I'll be back
soon. Have fun.
YIPPEE
 Ausdumb's
over the moon! He stares at the envelope in his hot little hands.
Now he has the annulment papers, he'll be together with Carrie forever!
Lucas listens to
his half-brother's excitement with concern. He has to tell Scami -
she'll know what to do to stop Carrie finding out.

MISERABLE
Carrie's seeking comfort from Dr Mike as he assures her everything will work
out for the best. But my dad is dying! she wails, and Dr Mike has to
admit, the possibility of a good outcome there is limited. I don't know
what I'd do without you Mike, Carrie sobs.
I told you, Dr All
Purpose Mike reiterates. I told you I will ALWAYS be there for you
Carrie.
BO ENROUTE TO
ROME
 BozoCop
is enroute to Rome to search for Billieboob at Kate's request. Flying
first class on We Fly Anywhere Airtime Airlines (WFAAA) he places a call to
Kate. I've got my contacts and the Rome police looking for her, he
tones. But of course, they haven't got a clue, so it will be me that
finds her. Oh please Bozo begs Kate. I just know something is
terribly terribly wrong.
SAMI &
ROMAN
Sami's plan is in action. Dad, you do me a favour? she asks. Tell
Carrie that you give her your blessing to be with Mike. It would mean so
much to her. Is she really that happy? Roman splutters.
Yes she is dad,
she really is. She's as in love with Mike Horton as Ausdumb and I are.
BOZO ON HIS WAY
 Bozocop
briefs his Roman counterpart. I've got all our people looking for her,
the cop tells Bozo.
MAX
 SMax
peers down at Billieboob as she's wracked with painful hallucinations. I'm
back, he smiles. Time for another dose of what you are going to come to
love Billieboob.
FEELINGS
Carrie stares meaningfully at Mike. I know you mean it when you say
you'll always be there for me, she tells him gratefully. I don't know
what I would have done without you being here to give me comfort, she smiles.
DOWN
 Kate
sees Ausdumb staring miserably at Mike and Carrie's cosy chat outside, as
Lucas looks on intently. Go and tell Carrie! insists Kate. Tell
her you have the annulment papers and that you can now be together. I
think it's too late, mumbles Ausdumb. I think she's fallen in love with
Mike. I see the way she looks at him, and it was the same way she looked
at me when we first fell in love.
Nonsense! Kate
spits. Go outside and tell her now. As Ausdumb reluctantly
departs, Lucas whispers to himself. If the news of the annulment gets to
Carrie it's over for all of us - Me, Scami and Dr Mike.

INFORMATION
 Bozo
meets with a "snitch". Word is out on the streets that an
American male has kidnapped an American female. No word on who these
people are. Bozo instinctively believes it's Billieboob and one of J.L.
King's henchman. After all, there's only 2 Americans in Rome right -
well 3 if you count Bozo.
NEWS
 Ausdumb ventures outside and Mike departs. I've just had terrible news,
Carrie says. Mike just told me that Roman is dying. He's got some
terrible synthetic germ bacterial infection of which there's no cure.
Eyes rolling,
Ausdumb realises that's why Carrie was hugging Mike and with renewed
enthusiasm starts to tell Carrie what's in the envelope. This envelope
he says happily, is the beginning of happiness for us!
Before he can say
anymore Lucas interrupts to break the conversation. Carrie! he
calls. Your dad wants to see you. Hurry!
MISERY
 Hopeless
is hanging around wistfully reliving her numerous mistakes with Bozo.
Reaching to open a trunk, she stares miserably at her wedding gown. If I
had believed Bozo, she recalls, he wouldn't be with Billieboob right now. Woe
is me.
BAD TRIP
 Billieboob
is on a bad trip, for it's long dead father Curtis Reed who comes to visit his
daughter. You're back on candy! he sing songs. You never were any
good!
No, no! I'm a good
girl, sobs Billieboob.
ROMAN &
CARRIE
 Carrie
has called to see Roman, who talks to his daughter. I'm so pleased you
have found the man of your dreams, he gasps, as Carrie frowns. I have,
she smiles uncertainly. Yes, he said. I hope Scami wasn't giving
away a secret, but she was so happy for you and so am I. Dr Mike Horton
is a wonderful man punkin'. I'm so happy for you. But tell me,
it's so important to me. Are you happy with him?
 Having
followed Carrie, Ausdumb is quietly listening outside the door, holding his
breath to hear her answer. Scami and Lucas stand behind him, fingers
crossed that all will proceed as planned.
 As
Roman hacks and splutters, Carrie looks worried, deciding that a little white
lie would put her father at peace. She smiles. Mike is a wonderful
man, she agrees. I'm very lucky to have him. We're very happy
together.
 Devastated
Ausdumb's mouth drops, as Scami and Lucas share a happy glance. Things
are going beautifully.
BILLIE'S BAD
TRIP
 Billieboob's
bad trip continues as Curtis Reed continues to harass and degrade her.
That's not true! she screams. Bo loves me! Ah haha Curtis laughs
scathingly. Bozo! Why would a good guy like him love you? You're a
nobody, a junkie!
Noooooo, howls
Billieboob. That's not true!

MAX AGAIN
As Curtis fades into the background, Billieboob tries to focus on the man
beside her bed. It's SMax. Yes, here I am again Billieboob, and
I've got some more of this stuff for you. You'll be dependent on this stuff
again in no time.
Billieboob's
shadowed eyes flutter and roll as the drug again takes affect.
