It's Today
 Today's
the big day. John, Abe and Bozo are yucking it up. I can't
wait to marry Doc, John sighs. It seems I've waited for this day for
a long time.
On the way
 Stefano
and Kristen have arrived at their destination - Kristen's had a quick
change of clothes and hairstyle on the way. Remember, you must make
sure you stress that you are John's wife, Stefano reminds her.
Hairdos
 Scami
has had her hair cut. Lucas remarks how pretty it looks.
Max &
Billie
SMax now has Billieboob where he wants her. Tied to the bed where
she will be less trouble. This way she won't be able to stop him
from his plan.
 Billieboob
lets out a scream and is gagged for her trouble. Nobody will hear
you anyway, chuckles SMax, but this is to stop you being a naughty girl.
Getting
ready
 It's
nearly time to get to the church, and Susan makes her entrance as Marlena
and Laura share amused glances. You certainly look er stunning,
smiles Marlena. I sure do don't I? asks Susan parading for approval.
 Belle
and Brady have come downstairs, and Marlena kisses the children. I'm
so happy! she squeals.
Abe &
Bo
 Bozo
tells Amiable Abe about his woebegone lovelife and Amiable is
confused. When I told Hopeless that you were undercover she was
really pleased, he says shaking his head. What has happened to make
her change her mind? There wasn't anything between you and
Billieboob afterall was there? Thinking back to the moment on the
bed, Bozo swallows. Well, he admits, there was a moment there when
Billieboob was a little clingy, but nothing happened, and well Hopeless
wouldn't know about that anyway - she was miles away back in
Salem.
Amiable raises
an eyebrow that John would be proud of. Are you sure? he asks
quizzically.
Ahh...
 Scami,
Kristen, Lexie, Carrie and Laura stare in joy as Marlena stands before
them. How do I look? she asks hopefully.
 As
the tradition of bestowing the old, new, borrowed and blue continues,
Marlena is overwhelmed.
 Oh
she says, bursting into tears. I can't believe I'm finally going to
marry him!
Seats
 Bozo
is showing guests to their seats, and is pleased to accompany a stony
faced Hopeless.
I remember the
last time we walked down the aisle, he whispers. You were so
stunning you took my breath away.
 Sitting
down with FrUnco, Hopeless starts to have doubts. It seems like Bozo
still loves me, she worries. And if he was with Billieboob, why
isn't she at the wedding? Maybe I've got it all wrong.
Anxious to
make up ground, FrUnco frowns. Were you all wrong when you saw Bozo about
to make love with Billieboob on the bed in the hotel in Rome? he asks,
watching Hopeless frown. You're right I guess, Hopeless replies
looking less than convinced.
Praying
Marlena takes a moment outside, to speak to Roman in heaven. Oh thank you
Roman, she smiles, for giving your blessing for this union between John
and me. Thank you for understanding.
On the
plane
 Rushing
back to Salem on DiMera Air, Kristen and Stefano are nervously confident.
I wish I was there to see John's face, Stefano chuckles.
The wedding
guest
As Marlena stares at herself in the mirror in the brides room, she makes
her way to the door to make her descent down the aisle and towards a life
with John. She's stopped as the door flings open. It's
Kristen.
What are you
doing here? demands Marlena. Get out!
Oh Marlena
that's not very nice, smiles Kristen icily. I'm here to bring you a
wedding present.
Good news
 Ausdumb's
had word from Mickey. Seems the appeal for the similar case was
upheld. Now it's established a precedent and Ausdumb will have
grounds for an annulment whether Scami remembers or not! Ausdumb's
excited to find Carrie and starts to look outside in the gardens at St
Lukes.
 Oh
there she is, with Mike. They appear to be hugging!
Kate's
worried
 Kate
takes Bozo aside. She's been trying to reach Billieboob in Rome for
over 2 days. She hasn't checked out and the hotel manager says she
hasn't been back to her room in all that time. She's
worried.
Bozo's not
concerned. There's a big street party on in Rome at the moment, but
if she likes, he'll put a call into the Roman PD, see if they can follow
up for him. Kate's very grateful. Thank you.
Nervous
 Marlena
seems to be delayed and John's getting nervous. Hey big guy! Abe
laughs. She'll be here for you! She's not going to miss out on
marrying you for anything!
Right, agrees
John looking nervous all the same. What could be keeping Doc?
The
Surprise
 I
don't want a wedding present from you! spits Marlena angrily as Kristen
strolls to the door. Bring him in, she directs as a henchman rolls a
bandaged man in a wheelchair into the room.
Who is this?
asks Marlena and what's he doing here?
 As
the bandaged man, sleeps, Marlena peers at him.
 Why
Marlena snarls Kristen sneering. I thought you'd recognise your
ex-husband. Marlena, say hello to Roman Brady.
